Sacred Nature is a premium immersion into the world of "Living Art." This workshop invites you to curate your own miniature ecosystem—a self-sustaining world housed in glass.
This experience is an exploration of Presence and Growth. As you layer stones, soil, and moss, you aren't just building a terrarium; you are practicing the art of patience and the philosophy of the microcosm. We bridge the gap between urban living and the natural world, using the terrarium as a "living mandala" to reconnect with the restorative rhythms of nature.
What you'll do
The Bedrock (Grounding)
We begin by laying the drainage and charcoal foundations. This first step includes a centered breathing exercise to synchronize your rhythm with the grounding elements of the earth.
The Stratigraphy of Being
As you add layers of nutrient-rich soil, we reflect on the "foundations" of our own lives, turning the physical act of filling the glass into a ritual of self-support and stability.
The Landscape of Presence
You will carefully place slow-growing plants and mosses, designing a landscape that reflects your inner state. You will be guided through principles of composition, balance, and "green geometry."
The Breath of the Forest
Once the glass is sealed, the session concludes with a guided reflection on the "Closed Loop" of nature—a reminder that the capacity to flourish and sustain is always present within.
