At KraftStories, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible.
Returns
1. Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, perishable goods, and clearance items, are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
4. Shipping:
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
Refunds
1. Refund Eligibility:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
