A soft, Sufi-inspired candle meditation designed to quiet the mind and awaken the inner heart. Guided through sound, breath, and silence, participants drift into a half-dream state — where thoughts slow and the voice of the heart becomes audible.
This class is designed for complete beginners — no prior experience or knowledge of meditation is needed. Think of it as visiting your own inner operating system: a gentle reset where you learn to pause, observe, and realign. Just as an instrument must be tuned to play in harmony, this practice helps you tune your body, mind, and spirit into balance.
What you'll do
0–20 min | Arrival & Grounding
Light your candle, place your object, breathe slowly, and set an intention — what you wish to receive or release. Guided breath to settle into the earth, calming the nervous system.
20–40 min | Heart Listening
Focus on the heart center; visualize the candlelight within. Repeat softly: “Ya Nur.” Allow thoughts to fade into whispers.
40–55 min | Silent Absorption
Rest near the border of sleep — awake yet dreaming. Let the heart speak in images, feelings, or warmth.
55–60 min | Return & Closing
Deepen your breath, open your eyes, and thank your heart. End with a few minutes of journaling while your candle burns gently.
