Planning Details
We offer 1–3 hour formats depending on the experience you choose. Your dedicated planner will help match the length to your agenda and group size.
Arrival drinks, mingling before the workshop, or wrap-up time after—we can build buffer time into the run-of-show so the day feels relaxed, not rushed.
If needed, we can design a smooth "waves" flow so the room stays calm and everyone gets hands-on time.
Bring your own beverages if you prefer. We can also arrange drink service by request.
Full bar options by request. We'll coordinate drink service to match your style.
Snack and cheese bar available. Turkish tea and baklava, and Turkish coffee, available by request.
Outside catering: case-by-case for private bookings. Kitchen on-site at both studios.
An approximate headcount helps us propose the right format, staffing, and layout. You can refine the number as the date gets closer.
Preferred date(s) and time window (e.g. afternoon, 2–5 p.m.). We'll confirm setup and breakdown timing with your planner.
Celebration, retreat, client moment, etc.—so we can tailor the run-of-show.
