Holiday gifting is the single biggest corporate spend of the year, and every studio in the country is fully booked by mid-November. These are our real cut-offs — after them we can still take your order, but expedited shipping runs 20–25% over standard.
We'd used KraftStories for team building twice before we knew they could do gifts. Having one vendor for the offsite and the send-home boxes saved me maybe three weeks of coordination.
The mockup came back the next morning with our logo actually engraved on the board, photographed. Every other vendor sent a flat PNG mock-up. That's what got it approved.
217 gifts to 217 home addresses, and they sent a photo of the pallet before it shipped. Two went missing in transit and were remade without an argument.
25 units for Tier 1 and 2, 20 for Tier 3, and 1 for bespoke commissions. If you need fewer than 25 of something, ask anyway — we run small batches for existing workshop clients and we'd rather quote you than lose you.
Standard is 10 business days from artwork approval for engraved goods, 18 for mosaic and terrarium pieces that involve live materials or hand-set glass. Rush is 4–5 business days on Tier 1 and 2 at a 35% surcharge. We confirm the real ship date in the quote, before you pay.
A vector logo (.ai, .eps or .svg) is ideal. A high-resolution PNG at 1000px+ works for UV printing. If all you have is a low-res file, we'll redraw it as a vector at no charge — it takes us about an hour and it's the difference between a crisp engrave and a fuzzy one.
Yes. Send a CSV with names and addresses and we'll pick, pack and ship individually with per-recipient tracking. Domestic split-ship is $9–$14 per package depending on weight. International is quoted per country. This is a line item on your quote, never a surprise at invoice.
Yes, and we recommend it for anything over $75 per unit. A single engraved sample with your actual logo is $45–$95 depending on the item, credited in full against your order when you place it.
It's one quote and one invoice. Book the workshop as normal and add the gift line — we'll align the ship date with your event date and hold the engraved pieces until the day. For hybrid teams, we ship the remote half and bring the in-person half to the studio.
Yes. We keep your artwork, engraving file and settings on record. Reorders skip setup entirely and we hold your unit price for 90 days. Standing monthly onboarding orders are priced at the 50+ tier regardless of individual batch size.
The engraving, printing, assembly and boxing are all done in our own studios in New York, San Francisco, San Jose, Irvine and Honolulu. Some blank substrates are imported — we'll tell you exactly which if country-of-origin matters for your procurement policy.
