USA & Canada Shipping

USA & Canada Shipping

Shipping is free within the U.S. For Canada, we add a $20 shipping fee. Kits usually go out 5 to 7 business days before your workshop with everything you need in the box. Most sessions can host up to about 200 people.

International Shipping

International Shipping

We ship kits to many countries. They normally leave 10 to 14 business days before your date so they land on time. Checkout shows shipping for your destination. Same rough cap of about 200 guests per session.

When to send addresses?

If kits are involved, we need a full address for every guest before we can ship. That usually matches the 10 to 14 day head start we suggest for kit workshops. Whoever is helping you book will tell you the real deadline for your date.

What the list should look like?

Most teams send a basic spreadsheet. We share a template, but the idea is simple: full name, street, city, state or province, postal code, country, and phone or email if the carrier asks. If your company needs a different layout, just say so.

Will I receive the tracking info?

Yes! Once the kits ship, the organizer gets tracking info for the whole team to pass along.

How we use your addresses

We use this info to mail kits and keep your event on track. We only hand it to carriers or our fulfillment partners when they need it to deliver. We do not sell it or use it for extra marketing on the side.

Customs and duties

Packages crossing borders can get duties, taxes, or a slow day in customs. The guest receiving the kit is usually on the hook unless we have agreed something different in writing. Plan a little extra time if your people are spread around the world.

Keeping live plants happy in the mail

For kits that include plants, we have already chosen varieties that handle shipping and packed them so they are protected on the way. We move those orders quickly so the plants are not in the box longer than they need to be. When your kit arrives, open it right away and let the plant breathe. If something looks off, reach out. Problems are rare, usually well under 1%, when the package is not left in extreme heat or cold at delivery. Rough weather on arrival day can stress even a healthy plant, so give it a little extra care and still contact us if it does not recover.

Live video only

Your group joins on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or another platform you arrange with the host. The instructor runs the session in real time. Nothing is shipped to participants before or after.

What that means for logistics

There is no kit fulfillment: no mailing list of addresses, no customs on shipped materials, and no package tracking. Booking can be simpler from a lead-time standpoint because shipping is not in scope.

Examples include meditation

Meditation classes are a common no-kit offering: you need a device, audio, and a space where you can focus; the class is the experience. Other sessions work the same way when no materials are part of the purchase. Each listing should state whether a kit ships; if it does not say, check the product details or ask before you book.

Nur (the teacher) was a fantastic facilitator who led a great intention-setting discussion that everyone enjoyed. The craft was beautifully packaged, very straightforward, and will result in something that's actually beautiful and useful! Great project even for non-crafty people.

Payton C

I took the terrarium workshop with Iris and I had a great time! The little kit they give you has everything you need inside, but they were still very thorough and helpful step by step. I highly recommend the warden case / geometric jar option!

Mary McCormac

Was a fun and informative class. Nur was helpful and gave lots of good advice and tips on creating resin jewelry.

Bonnie Basabe

Our teacher had an apparent and effusive love for the crafting and care of terrariums. The word most used by our team was "magical"

Jillienne Buena

Did a Moss Wall Art class and it was so fun! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the String Art with Lights class! It was fun, engaging, and easy to follow along. I didn’t personally love the printed design on the front of the board, but I just flipped it over and used the plain wood side—and it worked perfectly. I loved how my piece turned out, and it was so cool to see how different everyone’s designs were. A great mix of creative freedom and structure!

Nur was so excellent and the process of getting the kits, even the way it was set up, was truly amazing. What an amazing experience, very informational, and the coffee was incredible!! I would highly recommend this class looking for a fun virtual activity!

It’s a great experience but if they can fix the problem with getting into the gate would be a lot easier for me to find the door. Anyway, the teacher is professional and helps me a lot with the rug tufting. I do have a lot of fun, and the result is perfect.

What a fun experience! We were intimidated at first but it was so easy and our instructor was so supportive and 10 minutes into the craft we were totally engaged. South Street Seaport location is set up perfectly for the many craft options they offer. We will definitely go back to make another item. A must do!

I had a great time, learning to carve the lino. I have continued to create different stamps and print on shirts, bags and create prints. I noticed that the picture you've been using in the ad for this class of me (I recognize my watch and the bag I printed).

Wonderful family experience! We had so much fun creating our lamps together, and now they're on our patio where we get to enjoy them every day. Every time we see them, we're reminded of the wonderful quality time we spent together making them. Chiara and Nur were amazing—they guided us step by step throughout the entire process, making it easy and enjoyable. We truly loved the whole experience and highly recommend it…

I had been interested in rug tufting and thought that this class would be a good opportunity to try it out. The instructor was nice and easy to follow. Both me and my partner were happy with our finished rugs. I would recommend this class to anyone that is interested or is crafty and wanted something fun to do with a friend!

questions

Planning a virtual experience or comparing locations? Explore the FAQs below or get in touch and our team will help you find the right workshop.

No prior crafting experience is required. Our virtual workshops are beginner-friendly, and our instructors guide your group step by step so everyone can follow along comfortably.
We host a live session over video (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or your preferred platform) so participants can join from anywhere. Your group logs in at the same time, and our instructor leads the experience in real time, just like an in-person workshop.
Many virtual experiences come with kits that include the key materials for the project, while others can be joined using simple items people may already have at home or in the office. When you choose an experience, we’ll share exactly what’s included and what, if anything, participants should have on hand.
Yes. Share a bit about your team, occasion, and budget, and we’ll recommend virtual experiences that fit your group size, time window, and vibe. You can also browse the different virtual collections on this page to see options by theme.
We support small teams and large company-wide events. Most formats work well from 8 to 300+ participants, and we can scale facilitators based on your headcount and time zones.
For no-kit sessions, 3-5 days is usually enough. For kit-based events, 10-14 days is recommended so shipping and replacements stay on schedule. Larger multi-region groups should plan 2+ weeks ahead.
In many cases, yes. We can often tailor the project, pacing, and facilitation style to your event goals, and we’re happy to talk through options for themes, milestones, or celebrations you have in mind.
For many experiences, yes. International kit shipping usually costs a bit more. What works where depends on the craft and the carrier. We will tell you straight what is possible once you book.
Yes. For most kit-based virtual events, you can provide individual shipping addresses for each participant. We coordinate drops with your session date so materials arrive before the live workshop.
