My only issue was that I booked for a specific time slot and was asked to reschedule almost at the last minute and this was for a birthday for someone coming from pit of state. I think it was extremely unfair because people were coming in at 2 and 2:30 and there were others coming in as we were leaving at 4. Outside of that inconvenience, Joey was very informative and helpful. Extremely encouraging when it seemed a little intimidating. Doing new things can be scary but I didn’t feel that way after the first practice lines. We were told that we’d be able to do the backing and that was not true, however we were allowed to do the shaving. Joey was the only redeemable factor in all of this and the fact that I was able to learn something new and take my rug home same day.
