Quick answers

The basics planners need to move forward.

In-studio works great from 10–70 depending on the venue and experience.
8 guests minimum.
Typically 1–3 hours, depending on the experience.
No alcohol at any Bay Area events.
No outside catering. It keeps events smooth and manageable in busy venues.
Yes. Mobile is a major share of our Bay Area bookings, especially in SoMa, downtown SF, and nearby Peninsula offices.
As short as 2-3 days if we have availability, but 7-10 days is strongly recommended for better date, format, and host options.
No—these venues do not have elevators.
No. The workshop is the event — there is no meal built in, so there is nothing to certify and nobody to accommodate separately: kosher, halal, vegetarian, Jain, allergy-sensitive, fasting, and alcohol-free teammates simply join in. Plenty of teams add their own refreshments afterward; it is always optional, never required. See our inclusive team events page for the full rundown.
No. Cleanup is on us. The flow is designed to stay clean and structured.
We don't provide parking, but we'll share the best nearby options once you choose a venue.
Yes—music, pacing, and tone are adjustable. Calm is the default.
Yes. We're flexible, and we include a 10-minute grace period.
We don't allow outside catering (it makes events harder to run well). We can offer tea/coffee and baklava by request.
Perfect. These are designed for beginners, with real guidance.
