Can individual concierges join, or only properties?

Both. Properties can join as a partner, and individual concierges and guest-experience staff can apply on their own.

Do you provide printed materials?

Yes — approved partners can request QR cards for the desk that carry their tracking link.

How much do I earn?

10% of the booking value for every workshop booked within 30 days of someone clicking your link or using your code. Refunded or cancelled bookings aren't commissionable.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions are approved once the workshop has taken place and are paid out monthly. You can see every click, booking and payout in your KraftStories Partners dashboard.

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There are no fees, no minimums and no exclusivity.
