A craft subscription for adults, delivered monthly. One complete, full-size project — every material, every tool, and a studio video walking you through it. Nothing repeats within a year.
The KraftStories Craft Club is a craft subscription box for adults: one complete, full-size craft kit delivered every month — Turkish mosaic lamps, living terrariums, mosaic art, moss wall art, and member-exclusive projects. Every material and every tool is in the box ($69–$139 shop value), with step-by-step video instructions from the studio that has taught thousands of makers in New York, the Bay Area, and Honolulu.
Unlike most adult craft kit subscriptions, nothing is a sampler and nothing repeats within a year. Your first box ships within 3–5 business days. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime.

Is It For You
Most members have never finished a craft project before, and every craft kit is built for a first attempt: materials pre-measured, every tool in the box, and easy to follow instructions that assume you have done none of this.
There is no age range to worry about either. Our youngest adult members are in their twenties and our oldest are in their eighties, and the same box suits both.
If you already craft, the draw is different: exclusive items and techniques that are genuinely hard to source alone. Turkish mosaic glass cut to size, live cultured moss and bioactive substrate, hand-finished vessels.
Every engaging craft project introduces a technique rather than repeating one you have already mastered, so a year of boxes leaves you with new skills rather than more of the same.
Gift subscriptions are how most people meet us. Prepaid plans never auto-renew, so there is no awkward cancellation conversation months later, and the first box arrives with your note printed inside.
It is a rare gift that keeps arriving without ever becoming a bill.
How You Learn
Every craft kit ships with its own video tutorials, filmed in our studio on the same bench you would sit at in a workshop. They are shot from overhead, so you watch hands on projects rather than a presenter's face.
Pause, rewind, and work at whatever pace suits the evening. Nothing expires and nothing is live, so a box can sit for a month until you have a free Sunday.
Some people would rather not have a screen open next to the glue. Every box includes printed step by step instructions following the same sequence as the video, with photographs at the points where people most often hesitate.
Email the studio a photo and you will hear back from someone who has taught that craft in person, often the same week.
This is the part most craft subscriptions cannot offer, because most of them have never run a workshop. We have taught thousands of people in person, and the instructions are the ones we refined by watching where they got stuck.
Honestly Compared
Most craft subscriptions run $30 to $40 a month and send a sampler — enough materials for something small, plus a lot of packaging. A KraftStories box holds one full-size craft kit that sells for $69 to $139 on its own.
Fewer boxes, considerably more in each. If budget is the deciding factor, the honest answer is that a cheaper craft subscription box exists.
Many of the best craft subscription boxes rotate widely — soap making one month, punch needle the next, then candle dipping and macramé. We deliberately do not.
We stay with mosaic, terrarium, moss and glass, because those are the crafts we have taught for years and can teach properly. If maximum variety is what you want, another box will suit you better.
Every kit began life as a workshop we run in New York, Honolulu, San Francisco, San Jose, Irvine and Los Angeles. That is the difference you feel in the box: sequencing that works, quantities that are right, and instructions written by people who have watched hundreds of beginners.
Members also get early access to those in-person sessions, so a subscription can turn into a night out.

Fast delivery and great kit quality! Unfortunately, all the plants arrived dead due to cold weather exposure during shipping. The items themselves are fantastic.
Easy project, pretty when all done
All went well. My son loves it.
This kit was perfectly thought out and well put together. The candle holders are beautiful and well made. I enjoyed the process of candle making and may have found a new hobby thanks to this kit.
This item arrived on time and as described, I gave it as a gift and it was received with a lot of excitement!
Kids really enjoyed doing this craft, highly recommended.
High quality kit. Ships quickly.

So excited to be able to share the mirror tiles at my next Mosaic lamp class. I’m sure my party goers will be excited to add them to their designs. Good quality and plenty of tiles!!! Thank you!

It’s a great experience but if they can fix the problem with getting into the gate would be a lot easier for me to find the door. Anyway, the teacher is professional and helps me a lot with the rug tufting. I do have a lot of fun, and the result is perfect.

We came here for my friend’s birthday and had such a lovely time. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, the staff were all so friendly, and the whole experience was so much fun. We loved making our mosaic lamps, and they turned out even better than we expected. Such a unique way to celebrate—highly recommend!

It's the perfect size and a great addition to my oddities shelf!

What a fun experience! We were intimidated at first but it was so easy and our instructor was so supportive and 10 minutes into the craft we were totally engaged. South Street Seaport location is set up perfectly for the many craft options they offer. We will definitely go back to make another item. A must do!

I had a great time, learning to carve the lino. I have continued to create different stamps and print on shirts, bags and create prints. I noticed that the picture you've been using in the ad for this class of me (I recognize my watch and the bag I printed).

Wonderful family experience! We had so much fun creating our lamps together, and now they're on our patio where we get to enjoy them every day. Every time we see them, we're reminded of the wonderful quality time we spent together making them. Chiara and Nur were amazing—they guided us step by step throughout the entire process, making it easy and enjoyable. We truly loved the whole experience and highly recommend it…

Greatest experience i could ask for! Kylie was our host and was the sweetest most patient, and informative person! She was so helpful and encouraging we had lots of fun! Thank you for making this a memorable girls bonding night!

I had been interested in rug tufting and thought that this class would be a good opportunity to try it out. The instructor was nice and easy to follow. Both me and my partner were happy with our finished rugs. I would recommend this class to anyone that is interested or is crafty and wanted something fun to do with a friend!

Fun tufting experience, would love to do it again now that I had some practice and learned from my mistakes.
