What It Is
A hands-on ceramics workshop at Lakeview Clay Studio in Chicago. Over two unhurried hours you will hand-build two mugs using slab and pinch techniques — no wheel, no experience, just clay, guidance and good company.
The studio kiln-fires and glazes your mugs after class; they are ready for pickup (or shipping) about two weeks later.

Public
Up to 10 people. Join a scheduled workshop with other participants. Perfect for individuals and small groups looking for a shared creative experience.
Private
Up to 24 people people. Book a dedicated session for your team, event, or organization. Customized timing and full instructor attention for your group.
Mobile
Up to 200+ people. We bring the workshop to your location. Ideal for large corporate events, conferences, and special occasions. Contact us for details.
In-Person Cancellations
In-person workshop bookings can be cancelled up to 2 days before the session date. If you cancel within this window, you are eligible for a refund. In case of an emergency, you may reschedule your booking with notice.
Private In-Person Policy
Private in-person classes can be cancelled up to 7 days before the session date. If you cancel within this period, a refund will be issued. If your group size changes, contact KraftStories and they will do their best to accommodate added or removed participants. In the event of an emergency, rescheduling is possible with notice.
