When does my first box ship?

Within 3–5 business days of joining. After that, boxes ship the first week of each month — join by the last day of the month to catch the next one. We ship within the US.

Can I skip a month or cancel?

Yes — skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account page. No fees, no hoops, no phone calls required. Month-to-month plans renew automatically until you cancel; prepaid plans simply end unless you choose to continue.

What exactly is in each box?

One full-size KraftStories kit ($69–$139 shop value): every material and every tool the project needs, plus step-by-step video instructions filmed in our studio. Nothing extra to buy.

Will I ever get the same craft twice?

No repeats within a year — we rotate across Turkish mosaic lamps, living terrariums, mosaic art, moss wall art, and member-exclusive projects. Already made one of our kits? Tell us when you join and we'll plan around it.

Do I need any experience?

None. Most members are first-time crafters. The video instructions walk through every step at a beginner's pace — and if you get stuck, our studio team answers questions by email.

How does gifting work?

Choose a prepaid 3, 6, or 12-month plan, enter the recipient's shipping address with your billing details at checkout, and add a gift note. Every box arrives gift-ready, and prepaid gifts never auto-renew.

What about the live plants?

Terrarium months include live moss and plants, packed with care and guaranteed to arrive healthy. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll make it right.

Can I buy a single kit without subscribing?

Of course — every kit in our shop is available individually. The Club simply gets you member pricing, tools included, member-exclusive projects, and 10% off everything else.
