What It Is
Our rug tufting class in Los Angeles brings a hands-on textile art experience straight to you.
Rug tufting is a textile art process where yarn is guided through a backing fabric to build a soft, textured design. It blends creative planning with hands-on making, as the rug takes shape through lines, fills, and color choices.
This experience is delivered through our mobile tufting trailer. We arrive at your office or venue, set up a dedicated tufting environment on-site, and provide all necessary materials and tools so nothing is left for you to source or prep.
We guide the group step by step through the full process (tufting, fills, finishing, and care) so every rug comes out ready to take home.
It's a beginner-friendly, 2.5-hour private session built for solos, couples, small groups, corporate teams, and event organizers looking to create a custom rug together.

In-Person Cancellations
In-person workshop bookings can be cancelled up to 2 days before the session date. If you cancel within this window, you are eligible for a refund. In case of an emergency, you may reschedule your booking with notice.
Private In-Person Policy
Private in-person classes can be cancelled up to 7 days before the session date. If you cancel within this period, a refund will be issued. If your group size changes, contact KraftStories and they will do their best to accommodate added or removed participants. In the event of an emergency, rescheduling is possible with notice.
