Great culture is a habit,
not an annual event.

One offsite a year does not build a team. A rhythm does. The Team Pass is built for the people who own culture and morale — a set number of experiences across the year, priced better because you committed, scheduled easier because you're already on our calendar.

One Budget Line, Not Six

Approve the year's team experiences once instead of raising a fresh PO every quarter. Finance gets a single predictable invoice; you stop chasing approvals.

Dates Before Everyone Else

December books out by October, every year. Pass holders get first access to holiday, offsite, and kickoff dates before they open to the public.

One Person Who Knows You

A dedicated coordinator who remembers your team size, your dietary needs, your remote folks, and what you did last time — so you're not re-explaining your company every booking.

Choose Your Commitment

Three ways tobook the year.

Quarterly rhythm

Starter — 4 events

One experience a quarter. 10% off standard per-person pricing, priority booking windows, and a single annual invoice.

Best for teams of 10–30 who want a dependable quarterly moment.

Most chosen

Growth — 8 events

Roughly one every six weeks. 15% off per-person pricing, priority booking, a dedicated coordinator, and free swap between in-studio, on-site, and virtual formats.

Best for teams of 20–75, or several departments sharing a pass.

Full programme

Partner — 12 events

Monthly. 20% off per-person pricing, everything in Growth, plus custom experiences built around your brand, multi-city coordination, and a year-end recap for your culture reporting.

Best for distributed companies and teams of 75+.

Formats

Wherever yourteam actually is.

In our studios

New York (Financial District and Midtown), Honolulu, San Francisco, San Jose, Irvine, and Los Angeles. Dedicated space, everything set up before you arrive.

At your office

We bring the studio to you — materials, tools, instructors, and cleanup. Works in a conference room, a cafeteria, or a rooftop.

Fully virtual

Kits ship to every participant anywhere in the US, then a live instructor runs the session. The format remote teams actually look forward to.

Questions From People Teams

Ask us anything — we'll answer within one business day.

Events are priced per person, so your total depends on headcount and which experiences you choose. The Pass applies a standing discount to that per-person rate — 10% at 4 events, 15% at 8, and 20% at 12 — and locks it for the year. Send us your team size and we'll come back with a written proposal.
No. You commit to the number of events, not the calendar. Most teams book two or three ahead and add the rest as the year takes shape — though pass holders get first access to holiday and kickoff dates, which are worth claiming early.
Yes, and many do. A pass belongs to the company, not a location — People teams often split events across offices, and we coordinate multi-city sessions on the Partner tier.
Perfectly normal. You're billed per person at your locked rate, so a 12-person session and a 60-person session both work under the same pass. Tell us numbers a week ahead and we'll scale the materials.
Unused events roll into a 3-month grace period past your pass year, so a hectic Q4 doesn't cost you. We'll flag your remaining balance well before then — nobody likes a surprise.
Yes. Team Pass agreements are invoiced with standard net terms and we'll work with your procurement and vendor onboarding process, including W-9s and COIs.
On the Partner tier we design custom experiences — brand colours in the mosaic work, engraved keepsakes, product-launch tie-ins. On other tiers we'll happily add branded touches to an existing workshop.
