What It Is

Breathwork is the practice of using conscious breathing techniques to influence the nervous system, energy, and mental state. In this workshop, you will learn gentle, structured breathing methods that can lower tension, support focus, and create emotional clarity.

This virtual experience blends simple science with mindfulness and a calm guided flow. You will practice breathwork together, then learn short techniques you can use during work, stress, or moments of reflection. The session ends with time for questions.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
