What It Is
This is a live, hands-on virtual block printing experience where participants create a custom printed tote bag using traditional relief printmaking techniques. A complete kit is shipped in advance so everyone can fully participate from home.
The workshop is designed for beginners and first-time printmakers, focusing on simple design principles, safe carving techniques, and playful experimentation. Participants leave with a functional tote bag and a foundational understanding of block printing they can reuse on future projects.

Join the Live Session

Carve Your Block
With step-by-step support, you’ll carve your design into a soft rubber block using safe, beginner-friendly tools. Your instructor shares tips on line work, spacing, and pressure so everyone can move forward confidently.
Ink & Test Print
Apply printing ink using a roller and test your design on paper first. This step helps you adjust ink coverage and pressure before moving on to the final print.
Print Your Tote
Once you’re happy with your test print, you’ll stamp your design onto the canvas tote bag. The instructor shares guidance on placement, alignment, and care so your finished tote looks great and lasts.
In-Person Experience
This is an in-person workshop. No shipping required—all materials are provided at the venue.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop are non-refundable. In case of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options.
