What It Is

This is a live, guided meditation experience created for overthinkers, skeptics, and busy minds. It’s not about emptying your thoughts or becoming someone else. It’s about noticing what’s already happening and giving your nervous system a short pause.

The session blends brief guidance, silence supported by music, and reflection. Participants are invited (not forced) to observe their thoughts, sensations, and attention. The experience ends with small breakout rooms where people can share what they noticed, without judgment or analysis.

0–20 min | Arrival & Grounding

Light your candle, place your object, breathe slowly, and set an intention — what you wish to receive or release. Guided breath to settle into the earth, calming the nervous system.

20–40 min | Heart Listening

Focus on the heart center; visualize the candlelight within. Repeat softly: “Ya Nur.” Allow thoughts to fade into whispers.

40–55 min | Silent Absorption

Rest near the border of sleep — awake yet dreaming. Let the heart speak in images, feelings, or warmth.

55–60 min | Return & Closing

Deepen your breath, open your eyes, and thank your heart. End with a few minutes of journaling while your candle burns gently.

In-Person Experience

This is an in-person workshop. No shipping required—all materials are provided at the venue.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop are non-refundable. In case of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss options.
